This role is key to delivering high-quality construction projects valued between £5m - £15m, ensuring commercial success and fostering strong client relationships within a collaborative and supportive environment. The Role • Manage project finances to maximize gross margin and support budgeted profitability. • Tender, evaluate, and appoint subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. • Measure, value, and agree work to support invoicing and payments. • Identify and negotiate contract variations with clients and the supply chain. • Produce monthly commercial reports and accurate cost forecasts. What You'll Need • Experience in a similar Quantity Surveying role within construction. • A relevant qualification (degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is desirable). • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams. • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work collaboratively towards shared goals. • Proficiency in IT packages including Microsoft Office.
