Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and supporting enterprise directory services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Unified Directory, LDAP, directory replication, schema management, authentication, and access control. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting high-availability directory environments and integrating OUD with enterprise applications and identity platforms.

Location: Chicago, IL
Onsite: Candidate must be available to work onsite in Chicago, IL after selection.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Manage LDAP directory services, directory schema, entries, indexes, access controls, authentication, and authorization.
  • Configure and troubleshoot OUD replication, synchronization, high availability, and disaster recovery environments.
  • Monitor OUD performance, troubleshoot LDAP connectivity and authentication issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Manage LDAP security, SSL/TLS certificates, keystores, truststores, and secure directory communication.
  • Integrate OUD with Oracle Identity Management, IAM platforms, applications, authentication systems, and enterprise directories.
  • Perform upgrades, patches, backups, recovery, capacity planning, documentation, and ongoing production support for OUD environments.
