ServiceNow Developer

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable ServiceNow solutions, solving complex technical challenges, and working closely with business and technical teams.
What you''ll be doing:
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications across multiple modules
• Create custom applications, workflows, catalog items, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support platform administration, upgrades, and production environments
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
• Monitor platform health and recommend performance improvements
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform enhancements
We''re looking for candidates with:
• 4+ years of application development experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of HIPAA
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have:
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD module experience
• Platform upgrades and release management
• Agile development experience
