Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and develop NICE Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) solutions.
2. Design and implement business rules, workflows, validations, and reporting requirements.
3. Build and support data integrations, ETL processes, and source-to-target mappings.
4. Develop SQL queries, troubleshoot data issues, and optimize system performance.
5. Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
6. Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and support documentation.
7. Collaborate with Compliance, Business Analysts, SMEs, and Operations teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills

1. Hands-on experience with NICE Actimize CTR, AIS, and Actimize Designer.
2. Experience with ETL, data profiling, and data quality validation.
3. Working knowledge of AML, BSA, FinCEN regulations, and CTR reporting.
4. Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain. Skills & Qualifications

1. Language proficiency: Java, Strong SQL/Oracle skills, data profiling, and query optimization.
2. AML domain knowledge: Understanding of FATF, BSA, EU AML directives, and typologies.
3. Testing frameworks: Familiarity with SIT/UAT processes and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).
4. Experience working with banking/Financial Services client

Experience: 6 to 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Actimize CTR development/projects.

Educational: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MCA from a reputed institution.
