The Role

• Setting up machining and production equipment
• Ensuring production readiness
• Independently adjusting machine parameters and measuring tools
• Inspecting manufactured parts according to specifications
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions
• Performing planned maintenance and cleaning tasks

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of vocational training in a metal-related field (e.g., industrial mechanic, tool mechanic)
• Experience in metal processing is desirable
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift model
• Reliability and punctuality
