Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Technical Architect with deep expertise across the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, integrations, automation, and enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate should have a strong end-to-end understanding of ITSM capabilities and ServiceNow platform architecture, combined with extensive hands-on experience across the ITOM portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned ServiceNow solutions for complex enterprise environments.

The role requires someone who can operate at both strategic architecture and deep technical levels, working with customers, business stakeholders, ServiceNow teams, and implementation teams to translate business and operational requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.

  • CMDB & CSDM
  • Event Management
  • Service Graph Connectors
  • MID Server architecture, clustering & troubleshooting
  • Cloud Discovery, Provisioning & Governance
