The Role

• Represent the company professionally, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in window or door replacement.
• Conduct in-home sales processes, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract completion.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
• Develop repeat and referral business through exceptional service and trust.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Flexibility to accommodate customer appointment schedules.
• Experience with CRM and electronic pricing tools is helpful but not required.
