The Role

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machining centers with Heidenhain and Siemens controls
• Manufacturing complex single parts and small series, including setting up CNC-controlled machines
• Performing quality checks during ongoing production and proficiently using measuring instruments
• Monitoring calibration schedules, continuously optimizing production processes, and conducting maintenance work
• Adhering to and monitoring work safety regulations, ensuring disruption-free machine operation

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a machining mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), or CNC specialist (m/f/d)
• Practical experience in setting up and programming CNC machines
• Ability to work in a three-shift system
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings; knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls is desirable
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and an independent work style
