Role Summary: W2

Seeking a Senior Secure Workload Engineer with hands-on experience implementing Cisco Secure Workload and enterprise microsegmentation. The engineer will drive workload visibility, application dependency mapping, segmentation policy development, phased rollout, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Cisco Secure Workload implementation roadmap using pilot and phased rollouts.
• Assess existing deployments and recommend improvements for enterprise adoption.
• Map application dependencies, traffic flows, and workloads to support segmentation.
• Deploy and manage agents across Windows and Linux environments.
• Develop, validate, and implement microsegmentation policies through staged enforcement.
• Collaborate with network, security, identity, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Create implementation documentation, operational procedures, and repeatable onboarding processes.
• Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Workload or comparable microsegmentation platforms.
• Application dependency mapping and traffic-flow analysis.
• Workload agent deployment across Windows/Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security, identity, and shared services.
• Experience developing and operationalizing segmentation policies.
• Strong documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
