Job Title: Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled
Job Summary
The Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within an industrial environment. 
Responsibility
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues of the production equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure all systems are properly integrated and functional.
  • Repair and replace defective parts, such as bearings, gears, belts and motors.
  • Conduct precision alignments and adjustments on machinery.
  • Execute mechanical rebuilds of the machinery and components.
  • Troubleshoot, repair and replace PLCs (Allen Bradley PLC, Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls) and other PC-based systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics. 
  • Close work orders using maintenance tracking system.
Academic/Educational Requirements 
  • High school diploma or qualification. 
  • Certificate of Qualification for both Industrial Electrician 442A and Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Fully capable of Level 3 – Maintenance Fully Skilled and Electrician responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
