Qlik Sense Technical Lead

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Qlik Sense Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business intelligence and analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to deliver scalable dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Required Skills 1. Experience with Qlik Sense development. 2. Experience with Qlik NPrinting development 3. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. 4. Understanding of banking, financial services, or enterprise reporting environments. 5. Certification in Qlik Sense Business Analyst or Data Architect.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports. • Develop, maintain, and support Qlik NPrinting reports, including report scheduling, distribution, and administration. • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and optimize data models, ETL scripts, and data integration processes. • Create reusable QVD layers and implement best practices for performance optimization. • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. • Implement security models, section access, and governance standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy. • Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution. • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience • 6–8 years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Qlik Sense development. • Hands-on experience with Qlik NPrinting development and administration in enterprise reporting environments. • Experience in enterprise reporting, data visualization, and dashboard development. • Proven ability to work directly with business users and senior stakeholders.
