Job Description

Required Qualifications

15+ years of professional experience in software development, SDLC, architecture, or technical leadership.
2+ years of hands-on experience with AI-assisted or AI-native software development in real-world or enterprise environments.
Demonstrated expertise with Claude Code required.
Strong experience with Cursor and/or GitHub Copilot.
Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- REST/Web APIs
- Microservices
- Modern software architecture
- Relational and/or NoSQL databases
Strong experience with React or modern SPA architecture.
Deep understanding of Agile software development and modern SDLC practices.
Strong knowledge of design patterns, TDD, automated testing, and software quality practices.
Experience integrating software development practices with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
Strong understanding of AI orchestration, context engineering, and agentic development workflows.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
