The Role • Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading the team in a co-responsibility capacity. • Drive a superior shopping experience for all customers. • Manage all aspects of sales floor and stockroom activities. • Ensure product availability and quality by managing inventory, including checking incoming goods, stocking shelves, and monitoring expiry dates. • Handle cashier duties and support with all general store and stockroom tasks. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and a passion for contributing to a high-performing team. • Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks with a commitment to diligence. • Flexibility, teamwork, organisational skills, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) to ensure effective communication.
