Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with modern development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.

• Design and implement new features and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production defects.

• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.

• Maintain technical documentation related to applications and development processes.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.

• Familiarity with Git/version control.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.

• Experience with Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or other backend frameworks.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in software development is preferred.
