Employees hired through this process will join MGPS and receive a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.   U.S. Citizenship Mandatory: Due to our US federal government contract, candidates for this position are required to be a US Citizen and will be subject to a background investigation.  Job Responsibilities: * Use platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements. * Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization. * Creating reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction. * Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs. * Validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components. * Evaluate and implement tools, train users on analytics capabilities, and stay current with advancements in analytics techniques and technologies, bringing innovative approaches to their work.
