As our Vehicle Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our company fleet across cars and vans, From vehicle administration and licence compliance to reporting and supplier support, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting the efficient operation of the company fleet.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day administration across the company car and van around the UK
- Maintaining compliance records, including driver licence checks, MOTs, servicing schedules, and vehicle documentation
- Processing penalties, recharge notices, insurance claims, and negligent damage cases
- Keeping Licence & Fuel card databases, systems, and vehicle records accurate and up to date
- Producing regular reports, management information, and performance data
- Administering supplier records, monitoring service delivery, and supporting cost control activities
- Providing first-line support and guidance on Vehicle related queries from employees and managers
- Maintaining vehicle allocation records and supporting the administration of vehicle movements
- Processing vehicle related invoices, purchase orders, and associated documentation
- Supporting audits, policy compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet function

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in vehicle administration
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Good understanding of compliance and legal requirements within a fleet environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
