Job description
Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Network Technical Support Engineer to provide post-launch support for a broadband network.
You will diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning access, IP, transport, and service layers, and work with NOC and engineering teams to restore service quickly. The ideal candidate brings hands-on troubleshooting across L2/L3, routing protocols, VRFs, QoS, and IP services, with multi-vendor experience and a track record in 24x7
