We are seeking a motivated, solutions-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across our Queens and Long Island markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders and clinic teams, aligning people strategies with business goals and supporting a positive, consistent employee experience.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Stay Covered: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Real Balance: Generous paid time off because life outside of work matters.
  • Plan Ahead: Company-matched 401(k).
  • Care for Your Crew: MetLife Pet Insurance with flexible plans, reimbursement on eligible expenses, and 24/7 telehealth support.
  • Play More, Pay Less: Exclusive savings through PlumBenefits and LifeMart on travel, entertainment, shopping, dining, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across Queens and Long Island, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and clinic teams to understand business needs, support operations, and maintain a visible HR presence throughout the market.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders on workforce planning, recruiting strategies, job descriptions, employer branding, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Lead and support onboarding, orientation, training, and employee-development efforts that create a strong employee experience.
  • Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, compensation, and job-classification processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics, employee feedback, and exit interview trends to identify opportunities and inform people-related decisions.
  • Ensure the consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that strengthen employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least five years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong communication, judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, collaboration, and commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Queens and Long Island, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of New York employment laws and HR practices.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, clinical services, multi-site operations, or another distributed workforce.
