You will prospect and nurture leads, provide market insights, list and market properties, and guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings. Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Conduct client consultations to understand real estate goals and financial readiness
• List and market residential and commercial properties using company tools and platforms
• Research and analyze local market trends, pricing, and comparable properties
• Schedule and host property showings, open houses, and client tours
• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through contracts, inspections, appraisals, and closing processes
• Maintain accurate transaction records and comply with legal and ethical standards
• Leverage CRM and company technology tools to manage pipeline and communications
• Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings
