REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure Automation experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration, engineering, and architecture.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.
• Experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Nutanix AHV environments.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise compute platforms supporting hundreds or thousands of virtual machines.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, Bicep, or similar tools.
• Hands-on automation experience using PowerShell, Ansible, REST APIs, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing automated provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, and enterprise identity integrations.
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation, and Platform Engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Experience in infrastructure modernization, migration, platform refreshes, and architecture reviews.
• Strong collaboration with networking, storage, security, Linux, cloud, and application teams.
