Air Conditioning Engineer

JWB Recruitment are proud to be recruiting an AC‑Biased Engineer. Overview We’re recruiting an AC‑biased Maintenance Engineer to support a major supermarkets contract across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. The role is primarily focused on air conditioning service and maintenance, but you’ll also support wider general building maintenance alongside other trades. The client delivers full M&E coverage across the estates. AC, gas, heating, plumbing and electrical services. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, fault finding and minor repairs on AC systems across supermarket sites.
• Work on a range of equipment including splits, VRF/VRV, AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant.
• Support general maintenance tasks across the estate (basic plumbing, minor electrical, fabric repairs, etc.).
• Complete compliance paperwork, job sheets and site reports accurately.
• Liaise with store teams and helpdesk to ensure smooth delivery of works.
• Participate in a 1-in-4/5 call-out rota (£250 standby payment).
• Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism across all sites. Package & Benefits
