Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega System Architect to drive the design and delivery of scalable Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience working with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions.
  • Ensure alignment of business and technical architecture with client requirements.
  • Own project sizing, estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Integrate Pega with enterprise systems and applications.
  • Lead and mentor development teams.
  • Provide thought leadership and solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega.
  • Strong experience with Pega 7.x / 8.x (latest versions preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Pega integrations and enterprise application integration.
  • Strong experience with Pega Constellation architecture.
  • Experience implementing Pega Customer Service (CS) Framework.
  • Experience working with Pega CRM Framework.
  • Expertise in Performance Tuning and optimizing Pega applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Report Definition (RD) / Report Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega DX API.
  • Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
