The Role • Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance. • Assist in training and developing a successful sales team, providing feedback and coaching. • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of store management. • Ensure a fun, full-service experience for all customers and effectively resolve customer issues. • Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy. • Conduct business with integrity and passion, demonstrating the company culture. What You'll Need • Prior retail sales experience preferred. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment and willingness to learn. • Ability to work night and weekend shifts. • Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
