Job Description
Our client, a leading technology and travel marketplace company, is looking to hire an Enablement Tooling Lead on a remote contract basis.
Pay Rate Range: From $86/hr to $96/hour on W2, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead enablement strategy and execution for major tooling initiatives in partnership with Supply Tech
- Develop and execute training, field readiness, change management, and adoption strategies for tool launches
- Drive adoption and optimization of enablement platforms such as Gong, Highspot, Articulate, and Synthesia
- Partner with Product, Technology, Enablement, and field teams throughout the tooling lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve tool usage, content accessibility, workflows, and field effectiveness
- Support AI-powered enablement initiatives, including real-time insights and actionable guidance for the field
- Improve knowledge management, content discoverability, and governance
- Develop scalable playbooks and processes for tooling rollouts and adoption
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Tooling Enablement, or a related field
- Experience leading or supporting enablement technology rollouts and driving user adoption
- Familiarity with platforms such as Gong, Highspot, Seismic, LMS, or similar enablement tools
- Strong experience with change management, training, and field readiness
- Ability to partner effectively with Product and Technology teams and understand technical concepts such as workflows, integrations, and data
- Practical experience using or implementing AI-powered tools and solutions
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Hands-on, self-directed approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
