About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to support an eCommerce Search team. This person will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Product Management, and technical/search engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience translating business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications while working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain and prioritize product backlog items
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria
• Maintain requirements traceability through implementation and testing
• Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, eCommerce, and engineering teams
• Communicate project progress, risks, dependencies, and business impacts

Must-Have Skills

✅ 10+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
✅ Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
✅ Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
✅ Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience
✅ Experience with backlog management/refinement
✅ Experience supporting UAT and release activities
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Bachelor’s degree

Highly Preferred

⭐ eCommerce / Digital Commerce experience
⭐ Search platform or eCommerce Search experience
⭐ Experience working closely with Product Owners/Product Managers and engineering teams
⭐ Experience supporting enterprise digital products
⭐ Jira / Confluence or similar Agile tools
