Job description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Consultant to elicit requirements for native and cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
This role involves meeting with government customers in identifying mobile app features, performance requirements and user interfaces as an input into a list of requirements for mobileapps developers to implement. The business analyst will have familiarity with modern mobile frameworks, cloud services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Identify mobile app features used in native and/or cross-platform frameworks.
Work with mobile apps developers, government customers and end users to help define and maintain app architecture and design patterns.
Elicit app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption for scalability requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
 
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
