We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Martech, Campaign Management, Customer Segmentation, and Personalization to join our team.

Job Title: Business Analyst (Martech or Campaign Management Domain)

Position Type: Long Term Contract

Location: Alpharetta, GA / F2F interview required

Key Responsibilities:

3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Martech or campaign management domains.

Familiarity with Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms is a needed.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign lifecycle.

Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Participate in client workshops, support the definition of campaign, and offer strategies.

Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Analyze data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.

Maintain documentation for business processes, configurations, and platform usage.
