Job Description

Oracle HCM Benefits Expert

6 months, Contract to Hire (CTH)

Remote but must live within 50 miles of below listed locations:

If they live in New Jersey when converted they will get a 10% salary increase for cost of living

  • Location: Must live within 50 miles of one of these locations: Akron, OH., Reading, PA., Greensburg, PA or Holmdel NJ
  • No relocation will be covered

Experience needed: Must have HCM Level IV (5+ years of exp)

Must have Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Benefits Module expertise
  • Oracle Core
  • Deep experience setting up or configuring eligibility profiles, life events, rates/coverages, open enrollment, vendor extracts, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously
  • Able to work on complex benefit solutions
  • SQL or Fast Formula experience
