Role Overview
This position is for an Agile Coach who will lead and facilitate the SAFe transformation across internal departments and global initiatives. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams, promoting Agile values and principles to enhance organizational agility and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. Equivalent Agile transformation experience may be considered.
Experience: Candidates must have 5+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies in product, project, or delivery environments, and 3+ years coaching Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or organizational leaders. Experience facilitating workshops, driving organizational change, and working with cross-functional teams is also required.
Agile Knowledge: A deep understanding of Agile Principles, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Continuous Improvement, SAFe Framework, Value Stream Thinking, and Servant Leadership is necessary.

- Serve as a trusted Agile advisor and coach for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams.
- Promote Agile values, principles, servant leadership, and Lean thinking across the organization.
- Develop Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and training.
- Guide teams toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate retrospectives, improvement workshops, and various Agile ceremonies including PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt Workshops.
- Partner with leaders to identify and remove organizational impediments, supporting transformation initiatives.
- Improve visibility into work prioritization and delivery flow, guiding backlog refinement and value-driven planning.
- Support the development of high-performing teams and healthy team dynamics.
