Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in C programming – mandatory
- Strong Linux/Unix experience – mandatory
- Strong C++ development experience – mandatory
- Experience with high-throughput, distributed, real-time transaction processing systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and pipelines
- Experience with debugging, defect isolation, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshooting
- Experience developing testing tools/infrastructure for complex distributed systems
- Ability to analyze production data and system performance
- Experience with technical design, development, and system integration
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical leadership/mentoring skills
