Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the capital management framework, overseeing capital forecasting, sensitivities, and scenario analysis, and ensuring entities across the group remain appropriately capitalised. You will play a pivotal role in translating business plans into capital requirements and providing high-quality insight and recommendations to senior committees, boards, and shareholders.
The role offers significant exposure to strategic initiatives, including capital transactions, intra-group reinsurance arrangements, liquidity management, funding structures, debt facilities, regulatory capital submissions, and engagement with external stakeholders such as banks, regulators, and rating agencies.
