Job Description: Salesforce Engineer / Release Manager

Location: Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ; New York, NY; or Sunrise, FL
Job Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with hands-on release management experience or a Release Manager with strong Salesforce engineering experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, Git/GitHub workflows, and release troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of hands-on release management experience in a Release Manager, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or engineering role involving release responsibilities.
  • At least 1 year of full-time Salesforce engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Git and GitHub Actions/Workflows.
  • Salesforce programming experience with Apex and JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve build and deployment failures.
  • Basic familiarity with agentic coding and AI-powered development tools.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work late-night hours to support releases. Working hours may shift from daytime, but total working hours are not expected to exceed 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings clearly.
