Project Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong wood-frame construction experience and can manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure jobsite safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensure work meets project schedules, plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Maintain daily reports, progress photos, inspection records, and project documentation.

• Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and schedule updates.

• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and quality concerns.

• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in multifamily construction.

• Direct experience with wood-frame construction.

• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with construction reporting and project management software.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

• Ability to navigate active construction sites, including uneven surfaces and stairs.
