We're hiring for an impact-driven community organisation that is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Join a team committed to reimagining support for vulnerable learners and raising the standard of education.

The Role

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid tutoring sessions to students from KS1 to KS5.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with pupils referred by local authorities and schools.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
