The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and essential roadside assistance.
• Effectively diagnose and resolve a variety of vehicle faults, from battery and tyre issues to more complex problems.
• Offer reassurance and exceptional customer service to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, managing your own schedule and workload.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience in light vehicle maintenance.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make confident decisions.
