The Role We are looking for a full-cycle IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for our staffing clients, using our proprietary V*STAR Recruiting Process. This is a remote position on a small, established team. Practice Areas You will Recruit:

• Big Data: Engineers, Administrators, Architects
• - Application Development: Web Developers, IT Architects, Software Managers
• - Project Management Office: IT Project/Program Managers, Scrum Masters
• - Cyber Security: SOC Analysts, SIEM Specialists
• - Analysts: IT/Functional Analysts
• - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, NLP Specialists

Responsibilities

• - Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates for open IT roles
• - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals across a range of tech stacks
• - Partner with the sales/account management team to understand client requirements and priorities
• - Negotiate pay rates and offers with candidates
• - Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and req records in the ATS
• - Meet submission and placement targets

Requirements

• - 3-5+ years of IT recruiting experience; staffing agency background preferred
• - Proven track record of full-cycle placements
• - Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)
• - Strong communication and negotiation skills
• - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• - Experience recruiting for emerging practice areas such as AI/ML, Cyber Security, or Big Data is a plus
