The Role

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Proactively source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience working as a recruiter.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
