Job Description:
Seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Software Developer with deep, hands-on expertise building AI-driven and agentic automation solutions. The ideal candidate has production experience with LangGraph, IBM Watsonx Orchestrate, and Google Vertex AI, and can design scalable services incorporating advanced reasoning, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• LangGraph — graphs, tool-nodes, memory/state management, streaming agents
• IBM Watsonx Orchestrate — skills, connectors, process automation
• Google Vertex AI — Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, safety
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning — AI models, neural networks, reinforcement learning
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) — systems that interpret and generate human language
• Multi-Agent Systems — agent collaboration, negotiation, and autonomous operation
• Cloud Computing & AI Deployment — AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) — AI-driven bots for autonomous task execution
• Proficiency in Java and Python

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of strong AI/ML experience
• Hands-on experience with Java
• Experience designing scalable AI services with reasoning and workflow orchestration

Nice to Have:

• Chatbot development experience
• Broader IBM WatsonX Platform experience (Assistant, AI, Orchestrate)
