Location: Minneapolis, MN Onsite Hybrid (3 Days in a week)

The Opportunity

Build enterprise AI systems that work in production end to end, at scale, and with measurable client impact. You ll turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into robust, deployable solutions.

The Role

We re seeking a Agentic Systems Engineer who can build and launch production-grade AI solutions while engaging clients as a trusted technical advisor. You ll work across three areas: Build, Advise, and Prove.

What You ll Do

Build: Design multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, memory and context layers, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations. Own the full solution stack, including frontend, backend, data, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and production operations.

Advise: Present Architectures to C-suite stakeholders, support strategic sales conversations, and translate technical designs into clear business value.

Prove: Rapidly develop end-to-end POCs, integrate with enterprise systems, establish observability, and create a clear path from pilot to production.

What We re Looking For

• 10 12 years of experience in AI, platform, or software engineering
• Strong full-stack skills across React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, Node.js, or Go
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, and multi-agent architectures
• Expertise in APIs, microservices, vector databases, SQL, and NoSQL
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• A strong ownership mindset across build, deployment, reliability, and run
• Experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic AI applications at scale
• Confidence in pre-sales and C-suite client engagement
• Exposure to Banking and Financial Services preferred
