Citrix & Netscaler Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce's client in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Citrix & NetScaler Engineer to provide long-term technical support for a complex enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for maintaining the security, stability, performance, and availability of the Citrix and NetScaler infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and NetScaler ADC/Gateway environments
• Manage WAF, application delivery, security, patching, and lifecycle activities
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application delivery, connectivity, and performance issues
• Identify technical risks and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and resiliency
• Partner with Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, Infrastructure, and application teams to resolve issues and support initiatives
• Help establish and improve technical standards, operational processes, and best practices
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and hands-on support for ongoing environment needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Deep experience with NetScaler ADC/Gateway
• Experience administering Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions
• Strong knowledge of application delivery, security, troubleshooting, patching, and lifecycle management
• Ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-functional technical issues
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and high-availability environments
• Ability to work collaboratively across Network, Cybersecurity, Identity, Infrastructure, and application teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
