The Role

• Own strategic searches and identify exceptional talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs and qualifications.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Provide market and talent insights to influence hiring strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Ability to navigate challenges with a driven and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
