Quality Assurance Specialist | Frankfurt am Main, Germany | Hybrid

We're hiring on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company that is at the forefront of developing life-saving treatments. They are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their esteemed team.

The Role

  • Implementing and monitoring quality assurance measures for insulin active ingredients.
  • Collaborating within the quality team to ensure the highest standards of insulin active ingredient quality.
  • Reviewing manufacturing protocols and preparing batch documentation for release.
  • Partnering with quality managers on deviations, change requests, and document management.
  • Contributing to the standardization, simplification, and optimization of workflows and processes.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training in a pharmaceutical-chemical or scientific field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemistry or Biology Laboratory Assistant).
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in biotechnological active ingredient production.
  • Solid understanding of key quality assurance system processes.
  • Fluent German language skills; good written and spoken English is a plus.
  • A self-directed, responsible, structured, and meticulous work approach.
  • Enjoyment of collaboration within interdisciplinary and multinational teams.
