IT Project Manager
Location: Alpharetta, GA
This is an onsite role.
Job Description:
A Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a specific stream of work, including managing deliverables and client expectations for that stream. 
Works closely with the Project Executive to assure work streams are coordinated into the final client deliverables ensuring timely completion and quality of those deliverables. Will participate in the preparation and presentation of project progress and issues which may arise for their specific project stream. Works closely with the appropriate Consultants and Senior Consultants to ensure the management of those activities which support the timely and quality completion for both interim and final deliverables.

  1. Excellent planning skills using industry planning applications (i.e. Microsoft project)

  2. Attention to detail.

  3. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

  4. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
  5. Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership.
  6. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory requirements.Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, steering committee meetings, and project reporting.
  7. Drive stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise applications and infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Financial services, mortgage, banking, or regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, risk management, and compliance processes.
