Pay Range:$200,000-$220,000 Per Year

Description
This remote full-time position involves leading a practice focused on a prominent cloud-based ERP system. 
The role requires overseeing both commercial and operational success, emphasizing strategic growth and client satisfaction. 
Candidates should have extensive experience in managing ERP consulting practices and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and operations of the ERP consulting practice.
Oversee financial performance, including profitability and revenue growth.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Manage and develop consulting teams through hiring and coaching.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications
Proven experience in leading an ERP consulting practice.
Direct accountability for practice profitability and growth.
Strong skills in strategy development and operational performance.
Experience in team development and organizational growth.
Ability to build relationships with senior business leaders.
