About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Banking (1 2 Years Experience) to support security operations and protect banking applications, financial systems, and sensitive customer data. This role focuses on monitoring cyber threats, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with banking security standards. You will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a secure financial environment. Ideal for early-career cyber security professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and investigate cyber security incidents

• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts

• Analyze security logs using SIEM tools to identify potential threats

• Protect banking applications, financial systems, and customer information

• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices

• Support incident response, threat detection, and risk mitigation activities

• Conduct security audits and assist with banking regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams

• Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records

Required Qualifications

• 1 2 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related role

• Basic understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cyber security principles

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint Protection

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Understanding of common cyber threats, malware, phishing, vulnerability management, and incident response

• Exposure to AWS or cloud security concepts

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
