About the Role:

• Position: Full-Time Year 3 Teacher

• Start Date: January 2025

Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:

• As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum in a way that supports each child’s unique learning needs.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters the academic, social, and emotional growth of Year 3 pupils.
• Using engaging teaching strategies to develop literacy and numeracy skills, ensuring each Year 3 student achieves their individual potential.
• Monitoring Year 3 students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborating with other staff and communicating with parents to keep them informed of their child’s progress and development.
