Creative & Design Solutions Senior Designer

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Designer to lead creative and design solutions supporting our manufacturing and mobility businesses. In this role, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communications and digital assets for internal and external audiences. Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and manufacturing teams to develop design systems, presentations, infographics, and product visuals aligned with brand standards. Drive concept through execution, mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects, and contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end concept development and execution for creative and design solutions
• Translate technical and manufacturing concepts into clear visual communications
• Develop presentations, infographics, and digital assets aligned to brand standards
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and manufacturing stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and visual guidelines
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers and freelancers
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and priorities
• Ensure all deliverables support safety, quality, and innovation goals
