Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Technical Product Manager (DOCSIS or Fiber Strategy) to support one of their company's most strategic broadband initiatives. This is a hybrid Product Management/Program Management role focused on defining the future of company's broadband products while simultaneously driving execution across multiple high-impact initiatives.
Summary:
This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate enjoys creating product strategy, influencing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and executive leadership, and owning projects from concept through execution. This team is known for being collaborative, energetic, and highly engaged. They are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, positive energy, and enjoys working with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Strategy:
* Develop long-term product vision and strategy
* Define future broadband products and customer-facing technologies
* Drive product recommendations based on market trends and technical capabilities
* Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Operations and Executive Leadership
* Present roadmap updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Program & Project Leadership
* Lead multiple concurrent projects
* Build project plans, timelines and milestones
* Identify risks and remove roadblocks
* Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout execution
* Manage stakeholder communication from engineering teams through executive leadership
Technical Collaboration:
* Work closely with engineering teams responsible for broadband technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10+ years of Product Management and/or Technical Program Management experience
* Telecommunications, Broadband, Cable, ISP or Fiber industry experience
* Experience developing product strategy and long-term roadmaps
* Experience leading multiple complex technical initiatives simultaneously
* Strong executive presentation skills
* Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
* Experience working closely with engineering organizations
* Comfortable translating technical concepts into business strategy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
