Quick Overview
Job Description
Overview
Join Gallagher’s Marketing Studio, our in-house marketing agency, as a Web Traffic Manager. This is not a traditional project management or web specialist role. Instead, you’ll act as the operational control tower for web projects, ensuring requests are scoped correctly, assigned to the right resources, prioritised appropriately, and delivered on time.
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in workflow, delivery, and resource management, ideally gained in complex corporate or agency environments. Strong Workfront expertise and the ability to drive work through a delivery process are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global team, where you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, shape processes, and make a real impact.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage the flow of web, SEO, and Google Ads requests across Gallagher’s divisions.
- Review incoming requests to ensure they’re ready to begin, clarifying gaps and aligning expectations.
- Assign tasks to the right resources based on scope, urgency, and team capacity.
- Monitor active projects, ensuring tasks are on track and risks are addressed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support global teams across time zones to ensure seamless project progression.
About You
- You have extensive experience in workflow, delivery, and resource management, with a strong focus on web functions.
- You’ve gained your experience in complex corporate or agency environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- You’re confident using Adobe Workfront and understand traffic management, resource allocation, and delivery prioritisation.
- You’re a task driver, not a traditional project manager or business analyst. You thrive on keeping work moving and ensuring deadlines are met.
- You have experience in web workflows, digital projects, and integrated campaigns.
- You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re a strong communicator, able to manage demanding stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
- You’re passionate about improving processes and driving results.
