Job Description

Responsibilities
As
Finance Director within the Value Creation Office (VCO), you will lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will serve as the single source of financial truth for the enterprise value creation program, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable, sustainable, and auditable P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact. This highly collaborative role partners with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, and functional leaders to establish durable processes, strengthen accountability, and resolve financial or governance gaps.

Key Responsibilities
Establish consistent methodologies for recognizing, validating, timing, and assigning ownership of transformation savings. Lead the VCO’s weekly financial reporting cadence and serve as its primary Finance liaison. Translate initiative-level savings and investments into P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact. Pressure-test assumptions to ensure savings are accurate, achievable, sustainable, bookable, and not double-counted. Track performance and variances across plans, forecasts, and actual results.

Identify financial risks, value leakage, and misalignment early and drive corrective actions. Consolidate enterprise-wide transformation performance into clear, executive-ready reporting. Provide senior leaders and sponsors with financial narratives, fact-based insights, and actionable recommendations. Maintain consistency across internal reporting, applicable external disclosures, and sponsor expectations. Build trusted relationships across Finance and functional leadership while maintaining independence and financial integrity.

This role requires deep technical finance expertise, strong relationship-management skills, and the confidence to uphold financial and governance standards.
